Have to say my kids loved making the balls with me ! We had a lot of fun and everyone loved the spagetti and non-meatballs. I then used my last two eggplants from my large box w the bellpeppers i got to make my own Stuffed Bellpeppers using the eggplant as my meat. The hot dogs (beef, turkey and chicken) are not certified organic although they are junk-free…no nitrates, preservatives, growth hormones, etc. They would be from Harmony Farms. If you have more specific questions, feel free to call Harmony Farms at 818 248-3068.
